Lewisburg Literary Festival

A celebration of literature, this two-day event
includes visiting authors, readings, writing
workshops, “A Poetry Inspires Art” show by
Greenbrier Artists, an antique typewriter display,
Literary Laundromat, and much more! And it’s
FREE for all to enjoy! This year’s mainstage
authors, speaking at Carnegie Hall, are: Saturday,
Eric Eyre at 1pm, Silas House at 3pm and Lynda
Rutledge at 7pm. Tickets for the speakers will be
available at the Visitors Center on Friday and at
Carnegie Hall beginning at noon on Saturday.
There will be a “Writing Craft Workshop” on
Friday evening at 6pm at the Visitors Center
presented by Timothy Huguenin. On Saturday
morning at 9:30am, join Cheryl Denise for a
poetry workshop and at 11am, Sheila Redling and
Tobi Doyle will present “Understanding Story”
workshop, at the Visitors Center. Admission to
all events is free, and on a first-come, first-seated
