RETURN POLICIES / EXCHANGE POLICIES
Little Black Box values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Shoes must be in original box & box may not be used as the shipping box, or the return will not be accepted. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on intimate apparel. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items received after the time period allowed or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy.
Please understand that because of the intimate nature of the products we sell, not every item can be returned or exchanged. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered is not considered as being in “new” condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. As lingerie and swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed.
To ensure all of our customers receive a new, unworn garment, ALL sales are final on the following items: Sales and Clearance items, panties, thongs, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery, pasties, pastie glue, adhesive items, self-adhesive bras, wigs and wig accessories, eyelashes, eyelash accessories, body creams, gels, vibrators, or any similar romantic gifts & body jewelry at management’s discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS). Wings cannot be returned.
We understand that sometimes an intimate product may be damaged. Often times the manufacturer of the product offers a warranty or guarantee and the manufacturer of the product will replace your item. Please be sure to check the manufacturers’ website prior to contacting us. If the product was damaged during shipping, please contact the shipper.
Need your Exchanged items as soon as possible? The fastest way to get what you want is to reorder with us online, then return the unused / unworn item with tags still attached for a refund.
Please call or email us to receive a Return Authorization number within 14 days of receiving merchandise.
Exchanges and Returns take about 15 days to process and the items you want may sell out. Instead of exchanging an item we recommend you buy the correct item you want now, before it sells out and return the unused / unworn item with tags still attached for a refund.

Please call (304 645 6646) or email customer service (email@example.com) to receive a Return Authorization number and correct return address within 5 days of receiving merchandise. Some items ship from our west coast warehouse and the return address may be different than the return address on the box. Some items (like shoes) but not all items, incur a $5 restocking fee depending on the warehouse from which it was shipped. Typically there is no fee.

Ship your package to the address using the instructions that will be provided to you when you call or email for your Return Authorization number.
Consider purchasing insurance and requesting a tracking number because Little Black Box cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns. Also, this way you will know when your items have been delivered. This is optional.
We’ll either exchange, or issue a credit to your credit card within 20 days of receiving unworn / unused merchandise. We will ship exchanges as quickly as possible and debit or credit your account for any difference. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange of items due to damage or worn items. Return / Exchange shipping cost is customer’s responsibility.
Sale items – No refunds or exchanges on sale items. Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please join our e-mail list and like our facebook page to be notified of the next sale.
Halloween Costumes / Seasonal Costumes are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Christmas Return / Exchange Policy for eligible items purchased November 30 to December 24 – You may return or exchange unworn / unused merchandise with all tags attached by January 10 – with a copy of your invoice and Return Authorization number- for a full merchandise refund or exchange. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Absolutely no returns or exchanges will be accepted for any reason later than 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, excluding Christmas return dates. Please call or email us as quickly as possible to ensure a return will be accepted. Thank you for ordering with us.
